A recent digital art installation called “Echoes of Light” engaged and inspired children and adults alike in Dubai. The installation explores the fluidity between the past and the future, between the virtual and the physical, through a play of light and color. The design was inspired by the perspectives of Turkish artist Begum Aydınoglu and Emirati artist Sarah Al Jamal artists who developed the project — artists who were, in turn, inspired by the cities in which they live: Istanbul and Abu Dhabi.
