Although the UN has warned there is 'no alternative' to its aid agency for Palestinians, Israel's parliament voted to stop UNRWA (United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees) from operating inside Israel and passed a bill declaring the agency a 'terrorist organization'. The two new laws are set to go into effect early next year.
