Hamas says it's studying the latest Israeli proposal for a ceasefire in a 'positive manner'. Hours after U.S. CIA Director William Burns arrived in Cairo, Hamas announced that it was sending a delegation to Cairo to negotiate a truce and the release of captives in Gaza.
