In this 2018 political thriller, a young program coordinator at the United Nations stumbles upon a conspiracy involving Iraq's oil reserves. He discovers that people at every level of the U.N. program and the Iraqi government are taking payoffs and kickbacks, and personally gets involved with a Kurdish translator who uses his stature to expose the widespread corruption in the UN's oil-for-food program.
